Whether you are coming to camp for the first time or returning to us, this is an excellent choice! Boasting classic camp activities like archery, crafts, and tomahawks, Sonshine Camp offers great variety and exposure to plenty of new opportunities! We offer sessions for 3rd-5th, 4th-6th, 5th-7th, and 6th-8th graders. The campers in the 6th-8th grade and 5th-7th grade camps will enjoy challenging themselves on our high ropes course, while the other sessions will work as a team towards their goal through exciting challenges on our low ropes course.
Campers in specialty camp will enjoy many of the joys of Sonshine Camp, but will replace some of the classic sessions, like crafts and archery, with a couple hours each day spent in a given specialty area. All specialties except for horseback specialty still spend time at the ropes course. Specialty camps include Archery, Art, Horseback, LARPing, Rock Climbing, and Disc Golf.
Sonrise is a half week camp for 5th-8th grade campers that takes the awesomeness of Sonshine Camp and smashes it into just a few days.
Fledgling is a half week for 2nd-4th grade campers and a great way to give summer camp a "test run"! Be prepared to have an absolute blast meeting new friends and experiencing all kinds of awesome activities. You are going to love it!
Grandparent Grandchild Camp (GPGC) is a half week camp for Grandparents to attend with their grandchildren. Camp in our campsites or stay in our cabins, but join up with our staff during the day to create memories that will last a lifetime through our fantastic programs.
Peewee Camp is a half week camp for Kindergarten-2nd grade campers. Campers will stay in the campgrounds or cabins with their families at night and join our staff for outrageously fun activities during the day from 9:30am - 4:30pm. In the evenings, campers and their families can join for song period, evening game and our famous campfire program.
